Brief
To develop awareness of a central London property development and keep potential buyers up-to-date with latest releases.
Solution
Working closely with the development's marketing suite, we designed several e-invitations which were e-mailed to interested parties to announce various updates. These e-invites were to special events happening in the marketing suite at which a new phase of the development would be announced and viewings provided.
Recipients were able to RSVP to these events directly via the e-invitation. Those who were unable to attend were directed to the website where they could register their continued interest in the development.
Outcome
Traditionally our client had relied on national and local advertising to generate interest in their development and measured this by the number of website registrations they received following an advertisement. After we broadcast the first e-invite they received 25 times the number of previous registrations.
Following this they have reduced their advertising budget by 50% on this project making significant savings to the bottom line.
