This is a low cost solution with all the benefits of digital marketing whilst ensuring a maximum return on investment.

Email marketing is simple - You email us your:

Step 1   Opt-in email list as a Microsoft Excel file.
Step 2  HTML email or e-Newsletter template as a ".html" file.

Then we:

Step 3   Upload your e-marketing campaign files into our email marketing system, set up the personalisation and branded auto-unsubscribe form - test and send on your behalf.
Step 4    Give you reports on the auto-unsubscribes and bounced-back e-mails and specific URL web links clicked-through.

This leaves you free to deal with the enquiries generated and analyse the results of your email marketing as they come in.

• Importing of your opt-in mailing list into our system.
• Uploading of your HTML designed e-Newsletter template.
• Setting up personalised email i.e. Dear 'First Name'.
• Uploading text only email version.

From £450 + VAT to send UNLIMITED personalised emails to an opt-in database of 1500 addresses per month.

Note: Our annual licence fee is £250.00 + VAT pa which covers:

• Use of our Email Marketing Software for 1 year.
• Secure hosted data storage certified to the ICSA Firewall Standard.
• Account maintenance.
